31106 'Spalding Town' leaves Wickwar Tunnel in Gloucestershire with a Bristol-bound test train on 9 March, 2009. The ‘goyle’ (short for ‘gargoyle’) nickname seems particularly apt for the ‘skinhead’ (non-headcode) Class 31s.
