Possibly a Yellow-chevroned parakeet in a Fig tree (Ficus)

English name: Yellow-chevroned parakeet
Portuguese names: Periquito-de-encontro-amarelo, maritaca
Scientific name: Brotogeris chiriri
The yellow colour in the the head and belly is not usual for this specie. I am not sure about the reason. May it be due to a colour mutation or may he pertain to another specie of parakeet?
