Supposedly it was gonna be converted into a bar.

In downtown Detroit on December 3rd, 2017, a skyway connecting One Woodward Avenue (formerly the Michigan Consolidated Gas Company Building, completed 1962) and the Guardian Building (formerly the Union Trust Building, completed 1929), above Larned Street west of Woodward Avenue. Both buildings are part of the Detroit Financial District historic district, 09001067 on the National Register of Historic Places. The Detroit People Mover was completed in 1987.

Nearly every street and road in the state of Michigan is falling apart and needs to be repaved, and I'd like to know how Clifford Street managed to get a pavejob. Is Clifford Street the most important street or road in Michigan!
