Getting a hike in before the next snow storm, Eagle foothills.
On this particular morning my pup and I got up very early to hike to top of hills just in case there was a nice sunrise, we weren't disappointed as for a good 30 minutes we were treated to a variety of shades and textures of morning clouds and color.

Cloud formations were abundant and changed often during our hike today.
This ended up being my favorite for this trip. A partly cloudy day after an inch of rain, this iris wept for joy!
Thought these to be extremely elegant and beautiful.

She has some super garden art to decorate with. This is the most unique piece of wood in the garden.
Not only does JoAnn have wonderful iris' but her clematis are huge and beautiful.
This is quickly becoming an annual visit to a local iris garden, so glad she could open this spring.
Early morning, waiting on a sunrise, and got to see a variety of ducks fly in for their morning meal to this pond. Excited some were Wood Ducks - yes, another first. ;)
JoAnn's Iris Garden displays over 350 tall bearded, space age, flatties and reblooming iris in a quaint setting of Eagle, Idaho. It is truly a gardeners paradise.

My hiking buddy and I had a peaceful and serene hike in the foothills, with great views.
