Sometimes people will ask me, "did you try it in black and white?" To which I always respond, "yep." I didn't initially on this picture because the yellow on this leave was pretty nice. But as I was working on it, it just wasn't singing to me. So, as usual, I just clicked on the B&W button and whoa!
So here you are. A bright yellow fall-color leaf rendered in shades of gray. And it's WAY cooler.
By the way, this is the same bush that this shot came from...so you can see what it looks like in color too.
