The conservatory has been built for about a year now (building began mid-April 2011) and I am so glad we decided to build one. It has added much needed space downstairs (If only I could have built one upstairs...) and is such a calm place to be.
It has been lovely to have today with the fabulous weather, we ate breakfast and lunch in there, and pottered in and out between gardening and playing outside with Noah. It's nice to be able to come in from the sun a little without feeling like you're back inside exactly.
And at night, it looks so cosy from outside. I love it.
