What can be warmer and more charming than a fire and flickering firelight? Whether in-doors or out-doors, everyone can be warmed by the mesmerizing flames of the home hearth or bonfire. I also tried to address the concept of balance (interior-exterior, light-dark, day-night) that seems to be implicit in hygge - which in some aspects seems to be Danish for zen...
