Hello OSMW - I got one of your Lark kits for Christmas and just finished it up. Long time builder, wanted something nostalgic, fun, and an easy build for a change! Been doing a lot of giant scale 'scaled-out' warbirds for the last few years... needed a break!
Chose one of your 1/6 size 'Bluster' pilots for the Lark, had to cut him down a lot to fit under the canopy, but I like the final result. Included some pic's of my pilot & paint job.
Also included a couple pic's of the finished Lark - plan to take a few more pics once the weather is a bit more sunny & 'Springy' for some nice outdoor shots at the field, and some in-flight shots.
Electric powered - Badass 2826-1030kv motor & 80Amp ESC. Planning on running a 4S 3000 mAh LiPo. Added a 3D-printed dummy engine dressed up with some parts from my 'may need that someday' drawer. Neucover covering... had been wanting to give that try - nice stuff! Spektrum radio, Hitec servos.
Anyway - thanks for the great kit & neat pilot figure - had a lot of fun with this one!
