It is the Schlieder Building, according to the official documentation of the Owosso Downtown Historic District, which goes on to explain that the left half was built in 1899 and the right half was built circa 1914.
I would like the building more if it had all been built at the same time, so I could point at it and announce one single year without a bunch of fussy explanation.
