Nach einer kleinen kreativen Pause hat es mich wieder gepackt – mit Kamera, Stativ und einer Prise Neugier durch Dresden zu ziehen. Dieser Blick durch das Torbogen auf den Stallhof und die majestätisch beleuchtete Kuppel der Frauenkirche hat mich sofort wieder daran erinnert, warum ich das Fotografieren so liebe: Licht, Perspektive, Geschichte. Alles vereint in einem ruhigen Moment, der ganz für sich steht.
Es ist nicht mein technisch perfektestes Bild – muss es auch nicht sein. Es markiert für mich einen Neuanfang. Und genau darum geht es: wiedersehen, neu sehen, weiter sehen. Ich freue mich auf Feedback, Austausch und neue Inspiration.
After a short creative break, the urge returned — to wander through Dresden with my camera, tripod, and a spark of curiosity. This view through the archway into the Stallhof, with the majestically lit dome of the Frauenkirche in the background, instantly reminded me why I love photography so much: light, perspective, history. All captured in a quiet moment that stands entirely on its own.
It may not be my most technically perfect image — but it doesn’t have to be. For me, it marks a new beginning. And that’s what it’s all about: seeing again, seeing anew, seeing further. I'm looking forward to your feedback, thoughts, and fresh inspiration.

Okay. I have a few more blossoms for you today after all. They're still from a beautiful spring evening at the end of March, which I spent on the banks of the river Elbe in Dresden, admiring the cherry trees in bloom.
But this time, instead of standing next to them, we sit directly under one of the trees and enjoy the evening sun and the view of Dresden's old town.
And we notice that while the cherry blossoms attract all the visitors' attention, there are also many beauties to be discovered in the meadow beneath the tree.
I can't say which plant these yellow blossoms belong to, though. Perhaps one of you can help me out.
Ok. Ein paar mehr Blüten habe ich heute dann doch noch für Euch. Sie stammen immer noch von einem schönen Frühlingsabend Ende März, den ich am Elbufer in Dresden verbracht und dabei die blühenden Kirschbäume bewundert habe.
Doch dieses Mal stehen wir nicht daneben sonder wir setzen uns direkt unter einen der Bäume und geniessen die Abendsonne und den Blick auf die Altstadt von Dresden.
Und dabei stellen wir fest, dass die Kirschblüte zwar alle Aufmersamkeit der Besucher auf sich lenkt, dass jedoch in der Wiese unter dem Baum auch so manche Schönheit zu entdecken ist.
Zu welcher Pflanze diese gelben Blüten gehören vermag ich allerdings nicht zu sagen. Vielleicht kann mir ja da jemand von Euch aushelfen.
