Day four of the Ice Storm. The damage is just surreal.
Day four of the Ice Storm. This is Tuesday. I finally felt it was safe enough to start moving some of the debris out of the driveway so could get out.

Let it be said that the amount of work that needed to be done
-- and the help that poured into the area -- was simply astronomical. From what I understand, THOUSANDS of poles and miles & miles of power lines needed repaired or replaced.
Day four of the Ice Storm. This is Tuesday. I avoided being under tree limbs as much as possible because ice was still coming out of the trees.
