Clouds obscured a more dramatic and colorful sunset to the left of this scene but before going home, this one was worth one more try. Perhaps it was the gentleness imparted by the soft colors that attracted me. I'm honestly not sure. No one else was around, there was hardly any wind, and very little sound - just the lapping of the waves - all of which just seemed to fit together.
