An architectural "Tampa Delight" of sarcastic delight, at a government office building from 1991.

Verily it was built from 1988 to 1991 as "Two Mack Center," named by developer William Mack in honor of himself, and was conveniently bought by the government of Hillsborough County in 1992, after William Mack could not find any tenants for the new building. It became "Hillsborough County Center," and later "Frederick B. Karl County Center" in honor of Fred Karl, the county administrator who orchestrated the public's purchase of the unsightly building from William Mack.
