Collage of ammonites we have used recently in our concete work. Ammonites are fossiles that resemble Nautalis.Each one is unique and is perfect for polishing with the concrete as an inlay.
This Super High backsplash was made for a custom Kitchen renovation . This features Recyled Black Glass and 2 Ammonites (Thanks Pat!) at only 3/4" thick and strong!
One piece GFRC (concrete) counter with integrated sink bowl. This piece was a little over 9' in length with drain board, Ammonite inlay (Thanks Pat!) and recycled glass sporadically placed by the client at the shop. The trivets in the drain baord will be polished copper and sealed to prevent oxidation.
This section of GFRC counter features an integrated fruit bowl and insert for cutting board. This section will meet up with the sink, leaving only the top and bottom of the drain board area with exposed seams.
GFRC Counter with integrated sink bowl. Black glass aggregate sporadically placed by our client in the shop. The lines are spaces for the copper trivets. These are made double wide and spaced by the client based on their needs in the Kitchen, The sink base has a petrified wood inlay as an erosion spot for faucet drips. We learned this precaution tip from Fu Tung Cheng.
