We recall 1968 as a year of large white buildings with vertical black stripes of windows. The buildings were banks.

In downtown Tallahassee, Florida, on March 4th, 2019, the "Leon County Government Annex," 315 South Calhoun Street, erected in 1968 and (according to Emporis) formerly known as the "Tallahassee Bank Building," the "Barnett Bank Building", and the "Bank of America Plaza," as viewed from a parking ramp on the south side of East College Avenue between South Calhoun Street and South Gadsden Street.
