LMS/BR 2-6-0 Ivatt 2MT 46521 runs alongside Trimpley Reservoir in December 1981.
I haven't been here for quite a few years but I assume this view is no longer possible.
As with a number of locomotives it doesn't feel quite right for them to be anywhere else but the SVR.
3205, 45110 included. However given the number of locomotives that are in the engine house at Highley or awaiting restoration it is not surprising that locomotives move on to pastures new.

RTX 6484 + 6481 + lege zinkerts/BLP trein "Den Budel" (Nyrstar Budel (NL) - Antwerpen DS Groenland (B))
37401 'Mary Queen of Scots' at Kinmel on the North Wales coast in July 1999.
The working is from Birmingham New Street and is heading for Holyhead.
I really struggled with the changes to more 'modern' motive power on the coast line. After the 25's and 40's had gone it wasn't the same. Even though 37's were as old it wasn't as rewarding with them largely on short formations. I'd be delighted to see them again though and make up for lost time.
