Nightly the happy owner of the parcel of land on yon side of the fence drifts smilingly to sleep with his head full of imagery of people being grievously injured by his skin-shredding razorwire installation. "Ah, these trespassing wretches, their bodies bleeding on the ground, ah, I love it," he sighs. "And plastic privacy slats in the chainlink."
