Thanks to all who have visited my photostream. This image has had more than 50,000 views in under 24 hours and more than 250 favs. It's now, surprisingly, my 4th most viewed image. When I took this image on my IphoneX I actually considered deleting it because of the degree of warp and also as I took a number of other shots which followed this one which I personally thought were more realistic. However I've grown to like this image as obviously it has a wow factor I initially did not pick up on.
No matter what one thinks of the Explore Algorith one thing for sure is it certainly provides exposure to ones image and indeed photostream.
Over the years since I joined Flickr in late 2006 I've had relatively few images make it to Explore so this image's ascendency to Explore on 29th August 2019 is welcomed although I do feel have many more images well worthy of similar exposure, some of which struggle for views.
