A bacon cheese bison (buffalo) burger, and poutine

The burger was great, but the fries were a bit overdone in the poutine. Nevertheless, the gravy softened them up, and it was fine, mostly. They should have melted the cheese curds a bit more, but oh well. No-one outside of Quebec knows how to make excellent poutine, anyway.

The patio of the Island Grill

Half of the patio is out in the open; the other is under a canopy of vegetation. A great spot to have a beer and a bite, and watch the ferries come and go, and watch the sailboats.
