Having a sort out and picking up some remnants from the past.
A view from the caravan at East Firsby, Lincs. And it really came out that colour. Stunning isn't it?

This shot of the River Ribble at Hurst Green taken on a Sunday afternoon in November 2007 came out really well. Hurst Green is close to Stonyhurst College and there are two nice pubs in the village, The Shireburn Arms and The De-Tabley Arms. The Shireburn Arms is where JRR Tolkien stayed whilst visiting his son who went to Stonyhurst. It's thought that much of the area around Hurst Green was the inspiriation for the settings in Lord of the Rings. In LOTR he mentions that the Hobbitts live in "The Shire", which is thought to be based on The Shireburn Arms.
