The typography is idiosyncratic and good. Why is "n" always lowercase? It's a fun question! "Bldg." is one of my favorite abbreviations.

Somebody ought to freshen the datestone by cleaning out the gunk that has accumulated in the letters.

In the upper right somebody wrote: "? Community," apparently indicating dissatisfaction with social conditions in Northville.
