Photographed earlier this month : Businessman Bernard O'Keefe during a portrait sitting that he commissioned from expressionist artist Stephen B Whatley...............watch for the next post to see the complete oil painting, created in one sitting !
The portrait was painted uniquely at Mr O'Keefe's business centre, KWT Printing in London's Covent Garden.

The work of Stephen B Whatley is on daily public display at Tower Hill where his commission of 30 paintings for the Tower of London is permanently reproduced through out Tower Hill Underpass that leads to the Tower of London.
The artist's work is in collections worldwide & in public collections including BBC Heritage, The Royal Collection, London Transport Museum & Westminster Cathedral.
