Watco / Kaw River Railroad SD60M 6033 leading a morning transfer pulls up and waits a few minutes for a signal to proceed at Santa Fe Junction, just across the state line in Kansas City, Kansas. March 20, 2023.
WAMX 6033 was built as Union Pacific 6223 in September, 1990, later becoming UP 2378, before being retired and sold to Watco. The Kaw River RR logo on the long hood is a nice touch, the addition of a smaller version on the nose would have been even better.
