Capital Dime WAS your Farm To Fork & Craft Cocktail destination in Midtown Sacramento. They focused on locally sourcing the best ingredients around, and created a menu that showcased shared plates and fun things to eat- all at reasonable prices. Their aim was to make farm-fresh ingredients accessible by everyone.
This is the person to credit who painted the mustaches on each of the waiters face that was participating in the Bastille Waiters Race. Such a wonderful event. Happy to hear the event will return in 2025. In 2019 was the last year the event was held in Sacramento.

Inspired by the famous footrace in Paris, the Sacramento Bastille Day* Waiters’ Race benefits the Alliance Française de Sacramento and the Sacramento French Film Festival.
The goal: Make it to the finish line without spilling water or without dropping the tray altogether. Judges will be at each corner and the finish line.
