I don't believe in free or easy circulation of firearms. Weapons should be only owned and used by people with proper training following a thorough exam, screened for signs of inability to retain their license, whether physical or psychological, several times a year. Anybody saying that the solution to massacres is to let people defend themselves with more firearms is lying to themselves. Anybody saying that it's people who kill, not weapons, is lying to themselves. While it is true that anything with a legitimate purpose can be used to kill, guns can only be used to kill. And if you have to resort to killing to carry on, it means there's been a big failure somewhere down the line.
