Ugh haha the Bad River it's called.

Too few people in Michigan like to make fun of the Bad River but I am here to try to start the trend.

Also people should be mocking the local landowners for their awful stewardship of their riparian corridors. The damage they inflict is probably motivated by trumpist spitefulness, right?

Dirty and bad farm runoff of the small river "the Bad River" near its headwaters in Gratiot County, Michigan.

The awful water's badness is commemorated by the name of the river in which it flows, Bad River. This water is among the worst anywhere.

Now speak the name of the county aloud with me: "Gratiot."
