The lobster vendor: of fire, salt, and quiet patience

We were sunbathing on Nha Trang beach when this lobster vendor approached. She stopped by a Russian couple who, despite some doubts about the seafood’s freshness, bought two. She cooked them right there on the sand, using a small charcoal stove, with the sound of the sea in the background. A typical scene on Vietnam’s coast, where food and beach life go hand in hand.
