Captured outside the 50 Street subway station in Manhattan, this long-exposure street shot captures the energy and blur of New Yorkers on the move. Neon signs, bundled pedestrians, and subway glow all collide in a fleeting moment of urban choreography—one that never pauses, even in the chill of a winter night.
A break from the storms today. It was the remains of Kirk that battered the city for a couple of days.
On the first day of New York Comic Con I happened upon this line up of characters at the top of the escalators from the subway. They were being directed and posing for a photographer - I stopped and took a few quick shots.

Ah yes the Hollywood/Western station, opened in 1999. Verily the multicolored tiles are part of an untitled artwork by May Sun, which continues into the station.
There flies the flag of Armenia from an apartment window, this having been Armenian Genocide Remembrance Day, 2019-04-24.

In Los Angeles, California, on April 24th, 2019, at the Hollywood/Western station on the LA Metro Red Line at the southeast corner of Hollywood Boulevard and Western Avenue. The apartment building behind the elevator was built in 2003.
