I had a lot of fun building these. Having each soviet Cold War tank in lego has been a goal of mine for awhile so I'm happy to have finally achieved it:)

The Type 55 was Bugatti’s road-going counterpart to the Type 51 Grand Prix car, featuring a 2.3L supercharged inline-eight engine. Chassis 55219 was delivered new to Luxembourg in 1932 and raced locally before being bodied later that year in Belgium.
Following multiple owners and wartime storage, the car arrived in the U.S. in the 1950s, where it was partially dismantled and used as a parts donor. In the 1970s it received its current striking roadster body. Oscar Davis acquired and meticulously restored the car in the late 1980s, combining original components from three chassis. David Sewell’s reports confirm much of the car’s authenticity, including the chassis frame, gearbox, and differential. Though some engine parts were replaced, the originals accompany the car.
With its racing pedigree and elegant design, this reconstituted Type 55 stands as a testament to Bugatti’s dual mastery of performance and style.
