I barely managed to snap this before it passed; I just so happened to already have my camera out to photograph the scenery.
Saw this pickup a few times in the Lake District during early July 2023. This particular photo was taken at the base of the Hardknott Pass. When I drove up there a few minutes later, the pickup had become stranded near the top. It took at least twenty minutes before they were able to turn around and head back down the pass. I didn't find out what the issue had been but I wonder if the low suspension and overhangs stopped it from climbing the tight corners.
