一服する ("ippuku suru") : have a breather / have a cigarette / have a rest / have a smoke / take a puff / take a quick break.
I was studying the interesting lines on this building when this guy conveniently appeared. He came by the window to take a puff and seemed deep in his thoughts. This was shot just moments before he noticed me and ended the fun.
Yes, besides dragonflies, I am shooting other stuff too ... :-)
