Acesta este Smartron-ul implicat in evenimentul de la Mihaiesti 18.02.2025, cand a lovit vagoane Laaers deraiate pe sensul opus de circulatie, si patrunse pe firul folosit de PIMK. Mecanicul trenului a supravietuit, dar seful de tren a decedat ca urmare a ranilor provocate.
