35 Years Ago - April Dumbbells' Day At Columbia University Apartment 1989 - IMRAN™
Thirty five years ago, at my Columbia University apartment in Manhattan, New York. Showing my always wanting to, but lack of seriousness about, exercise. I missed the Columbia Business School course on physical fitness, not just mental and fiscal health!
I think I still own those dumbbells, sitting somewhere in my blessed home on Long Island. Of course, if I had been consistent, I would not have put on 35 lb. of weight in these past 35 years!
