A new Eagle Single out on its first flight.
Aus Anlaß des 150 jährigen Jubiläums der Eisenbahn in Lübeck richtete der richtete der Verein Lübecker Verkehrsfreunde am Wochenende vom 13./14. Oktober 2001 im Lübecker Hafen auf der Wallhalbinsel eine große Jubiläumsveranstaltung aus, zu der zahlreiche betriebsfähige Dampf- und Dieselfahrzeuge aus der ganzen Republik anreisten.
Zwei davon sind hier zu sehen:
Personenzugtenderlokomotive 74 231 hinten und im Vordergrund 212 007-9 des Eisenbahnmuseums Bochum-Dahlhausen, die von 1990 bis 1998 auch in Lübeck beheimatet war. 1962 kam sie mit der Betriebsnummer V 100 2007 in die Dienste der Deutschen Bundesbahn.
Tatsächlich noch zwei Jahre älter ist dagegen 364 556-1 (V 60 556), die am Tag der Aufnahme auch nach 41 Jahren noch in aktiven Diensten der DB Cargo AG tätig war und eine Übergabe am Haken hat.
