Sistrurus miliarius miliarius from NC. Not much is known about the spatial habits of these small rattlesnakes, which are actually the smallest of all known rattlesnakes. There are several subtle and not-so-subtle variations in color, with most variation based off variations in the amount of red exhibited in the individual.
