Pushing hard as it was 15 down by this point following a delay in Shropshire, Trafnidiaeth Cymru / Transport for Wales operated 67014makes a racket as it hurtles through Chelford on the Crewe – Manchester branch of the West Coast Main Line with 1W63 1653 Cardiff Central to Manchester Piccadilly on Wednesday 13th May 2025. Having been 19 mins down at Crewe, it was only 8 minutes late into Piccadilly.
The view from the A38 road bridge at Steethay in Lichfield on 12th July 2011, as DBC Class 67 No. 67002 approaches with a Derby to Tonbridge working delivering a new Bombardier 'Class 377 'Electrostar' to no doubt destined for neither 'Southern' or 'South Eastern'. the view from here has now changed significantly with HS2 work well in hand.
