Design Inspiration
Lei-Mai is an artist and designer from Liverpool, residing in Manchester. With a background in graffiti, sneakers and streetwear and a love for lettering and illustration, her work is an unapologetic mixture of modern styles and traditional techniques and she is rapidly becoming a force to be reckoned with. Sundae Communications commissioned Lei-Mai to create a bright, summer Bee that lived up to their name, in her distinctive style, which proved the perfect combination.
Sundae produces high profile press and publicity campaigns for clients in television, film, theatre, design, festivals, venues and events -including Bee in the City. It specialises in communications for the creative industries, working with global brands, international broadcasters and independent creative businesses. Sundae co-founded Design Manchester, our city’s festival of creativity, which attracts visitors from all over the world.
