First i would like to say a huge thank you to all those that have wished me well in my recovery. In truth 2025 has not been the best starts as i didn't intend die for near on an hour after suffering a heart attack in January. I've stopped smoking and walking 3 miles every other day I'm still unable to work until the professor at THE JOHN RADCLIFFE HOSPITAL gives me clearance so im keeping myself active not going out dressed but decided to go see a friend so i can service me car This is me sat in her kitchen for my 1st picture where i felt ok x loving all your pics . xxx

Everyday so this would seem to fit with a recent survey but I won’t be posting it every day, maybe every other 😂

…Then again maybe not. Really not sure what happened to my lips here but have to admit in this light at this angle they look good maybe the fish lip plumper actually works 🤔
