Following more than 2 years of back & forth KSS got word in late Feb that a Fire Suppression System we had recommended for a café in Dublin had been approved, and the installation was greenlit.

In the coming weeks, KSS will install the first Q-Fog System to be used in Ireland, a system that offers a cost-effective Mist Suppression System alternative for projects where a full Mist or Sprinkler System Installation is not feasible. We look forward to getting this first system installed & commissioned, and then introducing the system to the wider Fire Safety Sector.

Residential & Domestic Kitchen Fire Suppression
The KitchenSafe System is a fully automatic residential and domestic kitchen fire suppression system which uses state of the art digital technology to sense and respond to high temperatures and fire conditions.

The KitchenSafe fire suppression system has been developed to meet the requirements for domestic & residential kitchens and is Third party tested and approved to UL300A.

The system is the ideal solution to protect cook top areas for assisted living, student accommodation and domestic properties where the cook top is a major risk for either occupants or insurance providers.

KitchenSafe is quick and easy to install and compatible with all two, four and six burner ranges. It can be installed next to the appliance or inside a kitchen cupboard out of sight.

This unique system consists of an easy to clean stainless steel wall mounted cabinet which houses the agent tank and electronics. The system is supplied with a manifold which houses the nozzle(s), and stainless steel hoses which connect to the cabinet.
