The lights are only in loose as I have a support to add behind them. I am very pleased with how the new panels look on the bus. The rear frame is now much straighter and the panels sit straight and true. The bottom edge of the corners also have a safe edge folded into them so they feel much better, not that I expect anyone will be feeling them.
The next step was to rivet the top edge of the three rear panels and sand down where the vertical run of rivets would be set. Once the new pop rivets were fitted I set about cutting out the holes for the rear light clusters taking care not to damage the wiring directly behind where the holes had to be made.
