Watkins-Johnson (1990) WJ-8711 HF Receiver was a replacement for the WJ-8718, which supplanted the R-390.

Rohde & Schwarz portable spectrum analyzer FSH6 and a WJ HF-1000 ( aka WJ-8711 ). This radio is no longer in production, and neither is the W-8711 from DRS Signal Solutions. The Rohde is made in Germany ( they make radios too ).
