We visited Reid Park Zoo on April 24th 2025 in time to catch the exhibit “Wild Wonders: The Art of Beauty, Culture and Conservation” consisting of animal sculptures in the Huichol beaded art tradition.

A small pack of 14 dogs, including pups, came to rest by a pool of water after a busy morning hunting. They all came to take a drink before taking a rest while the pups played. Some of the dogs were more wary than others of our presence.
