Abused, Abandoned Jungle Dogs.

"I'm not afraid of you silly monkey."

Nuns say Yo-Yo has turned into
a great monkey chaser. This
particular ape tried to get
me several times ;-0---

4:30AM, Wed 14th, 85F.

Just got up to check on everything.
There was a semi wild squall come
through yesterday, took down a few
trees. It won't be daylight for 90 more
minutes so here I sit working on the
keyboard. Yesterday was crazy but it
was satisfying to get the temple dogs
injected with their monthly medication.

Today we are staying right here at home.
On the way back from the temple yesterday
we picked up some eggs and more rice. The
store shelves were bare due to panic buying !

What we have here is a failure to communicate !

Mama, Rocky and The Zoomer are standing right
next to me full of excitement after treeing an ape.

By daybreak I was in the Bingo Room preparing
food bags for all the temple dogs.

Soon I was meandering through the jungle heading
for the nuns place when Rocky spotted me from the
other-side of the swamp. Instantly Rocky & Mama are
running for the broken concrete walking bridge that
crosses the swamp and ends up right where I'm at.

Huge Big Excitement - I had to sit down on the ground
before they knocked me down. Once they had curbed
their enthusiasm we took off for the nuns where more
ears were rubbed . FYI: Pumpkin The Rascal and MAD
have permanently moved onto The Kind Monks Island.
I'll post another photo of that in a few days from now.

Alright, I'll walk ya through this scene.

In the photo posted yesterday of all the monkeys it
was mentioned that Mama & Rocky were standing
right next to me as the primates paraded past us.

For the most part they were orderly not wanting to
be noticed by my two bodyguards.But then all that
changed in the blink of an eye !

Out of nowhere an alpha male started making a ruckus !

Bad move on his part as Mama took off after him like a
heat-seeking missile.The place turned into complete chaos.
Screaming and screeching apes running helter--skelter in a
disorderly haste of total confusion. Some went for the trees,
others jumped into the stinky swamp, many just vanished into
thin air. Mr Rocky stayed right by my side always guarding my 6.

You see the perpetrator flashing his deadly fangs while
perched on a tree branch safely out of Mamas reach !

Eventually Mr Bad Monkey went further out on the
limb then turned his back as if saying, ok you win !

In due time we moved on while a new wave of apes
was formed as they proceeded towards the mangroves.

What we have here is a failure to communicate !

We're on the 3rd floor roof at The Dog Palace.
Over the edge is straight down into the swamp.

Mamas coming in like a rocket from the right.
She stopped the ape just as the shutter was
pressed. That one was way close, way 2 close.
Monkey didn't want me sitting on his wall but
I was there first.Primate jumped into the tree
tops and started screaming primate profanities.

around me as 2-Tone an Boo Boo
are dancing on their hind feet.

Mr Old Primate isn't amused !

Now see where his right hand is heading ?
Knowing what was about to happen I
started backing up quickly ...;-)~

We all escaped unscathed .

Abandoned Abused Street Dogs.

Left early, got home by noon o'clock.

Took special care of all the temple dogs.

Mama,Rocky an Legs the Zoomer went for
their morning adventure at the spirit house.

Legs monkey wound is the same same no different.
In a couple days her medications will be refilled then
delivered to the nuns again.

This photo was taken at the spirit house where Legs
jumped up on the big rocks then a crazed primate
went into attack mode. Wrong move on his part !
Mama was right there to protect Legs The Zoomer
and I was right there to protect Mama, big fun ..;-)~

Alright, here's how this went down.

This is very close to the nuns place.

Rocky, Mama and I are walking to the spirit house.
Mr Moody Monkey ran past and yelled something
that pissed Mama & Rocky off, "Game On". Monkey
raced up the tree and out over the swamp to save
his own neck. He knows the dogs can't get him now.
Why does he know that you ask?
Simple, they do this all the time ,;-)

In the next few days "Pumpkin The Rascal" will head
into the dog clinic for her yearly inoculations.

Abandoned Abused Street Dogs.

Back Story .........................................

Rained throughout the night but stopped
around 5AM. Roads were wet when I left.

Did the same same with Mama, Rocky and
BTP when I arrived. First serving was prepared
in the bingo room as was the cloth bag filled with
special food bags for all the monkey temple dogs.

When crossing the cement walking bridge BTP
stays behind and Legs the Zoomer is picked up
on the other side. Now Rocky, Mama and Zoomer
are going absolutely crazy jumping and having big
fun all the way to the spirit house.

One very naughty monkey was persistently bothering
us while the feeding time took place. Always jumping
at the dogs trying to intimidate them ! Finally he took a
lunge at me and Mama went ballistic as seen in this photo.

Once Rocky entered the ruckus Mr Primate figured this was
not a good place to be. He ran across the roof, leaped into
a tree and disappeared in the jungle ... ;-)~~~
