Nijubashi Bridge is actually two separate bridges, spanning the palace moat, leading to the Tokyo Imperial Palace: Meganebashi/Seimon Ishibashi, in the foreground; Nijubashi, in the back.
The Fushimi Tower can be seen rising above the tree line.
