In The Mud

Australian White Ibis
(Threskiornis molucca)
Along the side of the Old Main Drain on this day in 2019. Other commitments prevented me from getting out today, a shame really as it is a wonderfully sunny 30°C (86°F) with just a gentle breeze.

Little Pied Cormorant (Microcarbo melanoleucos)

Today it was the turn of the Cormorant to sit on the rail at the Sneydes Rd. Section of the Old Main Drain where the Heron was perched the other day.

Lots To Say

White-faced Heron (Egretta novaehollandiae)

One of the regulars around the Vic Uni Paddock/Sneydes Rd. area. It was sitting on the rail where the Old Main Drain goes under Sneydes Rd. and was comfortable with me getting close enough for this shot.

Happy Eyes of March!
