Well my journey with the Pentax KF was short lived. I decided to return the camera, it just wasn't what I really wanted. It's a great camera and one of the best APS-C sensors I've used. But after using a mirrorless camera for so long, it's too hard to go back as a main camera. For fun? Absolutely. But as main tool for photographing, I just couldn't stand going back to a DSLR - no offense to those who still prefer them.
So that leaves me back at square one with no digital camera again. I'm not too sure what to look for next...perhaps a used Nikon Z6 or Z5 or something else entirely. If i was to buy a new camera, I'd probably go for the Panasonic Lumix S5II with the 20-60 and 50 1.8 S. It's the best value out of all of them in my opinion. But its just not in my budget right now and I'm looking for something to hold me over.
Anyways here's a picture I took of Luke using the Pentax KF.
Benny loved the springtime! He was a beautifully fluffy orange cat. He recently pasted on to the catnip fields at the age of 5.

It's been a very long and brutal winter. Me and Luke is getting quite tired of it. Come on warmer weather. Looks like April in Vermont is going to be quite cold, not looking forward to it. Putting quite a damper on projects.
