That's the trouble with blue sky photos, there's no content in the context - the location could be anywhere.

One runway has been covered in chicken coops and the other has a line of screening trees hiding more coops. The "golf ball" can be see on the left with the modern day airfield to the right of the picture
It's been a while since I last spent some time at the Mike Bruce Center for the Incurably propless...I must do it again, only sooner!
