Seoul Korea vintage VHS cover art for erotic sci-fi (!) flick "The Curious Female" (1969) - "X in the Future"

This goofy after-dark picture, set in 2177 AD, promises as "decadent society" on the front cover. Extremely rare tape was released by Yooho Production, an outfit that released hundreds of Korean domestic after-dark pictures. An oddball one.

Seoul Korea vintage Korean VHS cover art circa 1990 for "The Dead Pit" (1989) retitled as "Return of the Zombi" - "Revived Dead-ites"

This extraordinarily scarce VHS release of "The Dead Pit" (1989) - only a handful survive now - tried to capitalize on Lucio Fulci "Zombi" craze that finally hit Korea in the late 80s/early 90s. The film was distributed by Yooho Productions, a label better known for domestically-made after-dark films. The black triangle on the bottom left highlights the forthcoming release of the adult drama "Night Market 2". Above the synopsis is an ad line promising "high-tempo scares" from the zombie pic.

Seoul Korea vintage Korean VHS tape cover for 007 Eurospy rip-off - "Cunningly (Multi) Lingual"

"Somebody has stolen our Russian Spy" Not a riff on current events, but instead a 1968 Eurospy outing....released on the Yooho, a video label more often associated with 'after-dark' cinema
