ZZ513, AgustaWestland AW-159 Wildcat HMA2 (CN 517) operated by AgustaWestland on behalf of the UK MoD undertakes development flying at the company's factory airfield; Yeovil/Westland Aerodrome. Equipped with a single 'Weapons Wing' sporting an MBDA Sea Venom anti-shipping missile and five round canister for Thales Martlet anti-surface missiles, the machine conducted around one hours worth of approach profiles against a strong crosswind. Delivered to the Royal Navy in 2015, ZZ513 returned to Yeovil in late 201 for use as a development aircraft.

The Royal Navy's latest adaption of Leonardo's AW159 Wildcat HMA2, seen here fitted with wing pods and the Thales Martlet Lightweight Multirole Missile system or LMM. The laser-sensor missile can be fired against stationary and moving targets and will be used to arm the Wildcat helicopters that deploy as part of HMS Queen Elizabeth's carrier strike group next year.
