Before the trip to Merritt, we are not very sure if we can see any good autumn colour. The weather was good and we did see a lot of autumn gold (the trees in the area did not turn red as we have in Vancouver).
When you see the sparkling autumn gold and the magic mirror which reproduced the same gold again, you feel you are double rich for the season.
This is the place called Alice Lake discovered by our leader Wong Tai Wan. I could not take more images around as my friends found that it was an area surrounded by private cottages. We left the area soon after we knew about the fact. The people chose a great spot to have their vacation homes.
